This initiative has earned distinction as the first program in Massachusetts to be granted Comprehensive Transition Program status by the US Department of Education. A Medical Withdrawal is available for students facing documented medical issues. A Medical Withdrawal Form accompanied by authentic documentation signed by a medical or clinical professional is required. This confidential documentation assists in facilitating the process.
